Real ingredients · good for the soul
Slow-fermented sourdough, baked with honest ingredients for your table.

Lee's Sourdough Co.
Our mission
Our mission is to put real, good bread on every table.
We do that by baking naturally fermented sourdough with simple, wholesome ingredients, sharing our knowledge generously, and equipping others to bake with confidence.
We believe our impact reaches far beyond the loaves we can bake ourselves. Every baker we equip helps more families experience the joy of real, homemade bread.

The Open Table
One More Loaf
Good bread is meant to be shared.
Each week, Lee’s Sourdough Co. bakes one more loaf, prays over it, and shares it with someone in our community who could use a little encouragement.
If you’d like to help keep the table open, you can give from $1 and increase the quantity in your order to give more. Every gift helps make that weekly loaf possible.
Give toward One More Loaf“Good bread nourishes the body. Shared bread nourishes the soul.”

Need a hand? We’re always happy to help make bread day easy.
How do weekly bread drops work?
We announce each week’s menu to First Risers, then open a limited order window. Reserve online and choose a pickup time.
How should I store my loaf?
You can store your loaf on the counter for 2–3 days, then in the fridge for up to a week. The best way to keep it fresh longer is to pre-slice it and store it in a freezer bag in the freezer.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Subscriptions are coming soon. Join First Risers to be the first to know when they’re ready.
What if there’s something wrong with my loaf?
We want every loaf to be a delight. Reach out within 24 hours of pickup with pictures and a description of what was wrong, and we’ll make it right.
What is the Florida Cottage Food notice?
Lee’s Sourdough Co. operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Law, which allows home bakers to make and sell certain low-risk, shelf-stable foods from their home kitchens without a food permit or commercial kitchen.
This includes foods like breads, cookies, cakes, pastries, candies, jams, and other approved shelf-stable products. Foods that require refrigeration for safety, including products made with certain cream cheese or other temperature-controlled ingredients, are not permitted under the cottage food exemption.
Simply put: everything I sell is made from my home kitchen and carefully selected to meet Florida’s cottage food requirements.
